So confused do I breakup or stick around?

So nouthing that I can tell is wrong with my boyfriend but I have been having dreams of me kissing other guys. Is this my body telling me to leave? Is it because he is talking about our future and it's freaking me out at 19 to think about babies, and weddings? Have my feelings just changed? What do I tell him? Should I tell him?

Talking about babies and marriage at such a young age would def freak me out, so I see why that would cause anxiety in a relationship. The question to ask is: even though you are dreaming about kissing other people, do you still have romantic feelings for your partner? If so, it may be worth it to stick around. Having feelings for more than one person at once or having dreams about kissing other people seems like a normal thing, it's how you act on it that matters. If you straight up don't feel as attracted to him anymore, it may be time to move on.
