What birth control?

What bc did you guys like the best?

I'm getting the nexplanon taken out next week, because I'm so sick of dealing with the side effects. Irregular periods, weight gain(I've gained 20 pounds in the past year since I got it, even though there's been almost no change in my diet or activity level), not to mention my sex drive is gone, my mood is all over the place, and I just don't feel like myself anymore.

My question to everyone is, what birth control would you suggest? I'm considering the patch, but would like to hear what you guys think.
