rash and teething?
Baby girl does have eczema, but this morning she woke up with a weird rash on her face that went away after a couple hours. It came back later in the day. Could it be a result of teething? My first child never got a rash with teething, so I'm not sure what to expect. It can't be detergent or food allergy.
