Urine infection or something else?? Please help!!

Hi all.

Lately I've seemed to need to go to the toilet more frequently, particularly at night.

Since this morning I have had a constant urge to urinate and the uncomfortable feeling of a full bladder but when I go to the toilet barely anything comes out.

I HAVE NOT got any pain or burning at all and no other signs that would indicate infection. I simply feel desperate to pee. It is very irritating as I keep feeling like I will wet myself if I ignore the urge despite feeling confident that this will not actually happen as only a dribble comes out.

My doctors is closed this afternoon so I cannot get an appt until at least tomorrow and I do not feel that it is urgent (ignore any puns) enough to go to emergency docs/walk in centre.

I'm just wondering whether other women have had similar and what it turned out to be. I have got other medical issues, tho nothing (i don't think!) which should be affecting my bladder and I have just come on my period(don't know whether this has any relation at all).
