Diarrhea?! 8 weeks and three days

So I am lactose intolerant but sometimes it effects me and sometimes it doesn't.. But this morning I woke up with severe stomach cramps and it felt like I had diarrhea. So I went to the bathroom and I couldn't do number two.. So I went back and the third time going to the bathroom they got more intense and I was able to number two.. I also ate ice cream last night and have been extremely constipated. I never had a cramp this whole pregnancy and experienced spotting brown extremely light blood once after having intercourse and I went to the er and they told me everything was fine that I just had a yeast infection. Haven't had nothing off but all this. Is all this normal?
