HCG levels dropped :( possible miscarriage

So I got my second blood results and my levels went from 1301 to 1207 and I had a huge feeling something was going on with me. Ive been having a lot of cramps and my back has been hurting and I've had mild sharp pain on my left side. Part of me wanted to not worry because I know it could all just be part of the pregnancy. I'm about 3 to 4 weeks pregnant. I was really trying to be positive and I really felt that what I was going through was something to be concerned about. Here I am on my way to my OB because they asked me to come in asap. I want to just cry because I just have a really bad feeling about what I'm going through. I have not bleed not once. So I have a little bit of hope. Anybody had a similar story like mines and has had a successful pregnancy? Oh yeah and to makes things worse it's my birthday today. Happy birthday to me 💔💔💔
