From fitness competitor to fit mommy.
Symptoms: TIRED! Working out is tough. I average about 20 minutes of stairmaster and 1 mile run every day. Today I was able to do a 20 minute circuit of squats, GHD sit-ups, and an ab exercise called in/out/up/down's. One day at a time. For now this is all my body is willing to do.
Cravings: None, just hungry all the time! Metabolism has kicked into over driven while creating a human apparently.
I'll trade my abs for this bump any day. I can't wait to see this belly grow 💕👶🏻
