work out
I am so ready to start working out again and going on fall hikes, I seriously can't wait! I loved yoga and hiking pre pregnancy, kept up with it early on in pregnancy but definitely fell of on doing these things.. Work was enough of a work out for me, lifting and restraining big animals and being on my feet all day. Now my work out is getting in and out of bed. The one thing that makes me really sad is that it will be a long time still before I can get in shape and work out, I have a c section scheduled for Wednesday and I know the recovery process isn't quick, and I would never do anything to risk injury to my incision.
