I used the checklist that Target has in their registry app & I saved a bunch of suggestions on pinterest & went through all of those. Its hard to really know what you will need. I'm sure I have forgotten something too. I have added some things to my registry even though we already sent out baby shower invites.

The thing is most people realize essentials and just get them. A lot of the time they don't necessarily get everything on a registry they just use it for ideas.
