How to get your newborn to sleep better at nights? Just had our 4week check up and doctor said something that was odd after we left her office. I was concerned that my daughter had a tough time sleeping at night and was kicking our asses! Smh.. She recommended keeping her up during the day as much as possible so at night she can sleep better. So, how do you get a newborn to stay up for hours after eating and only allowing her to sleep at nights. Then, what about mom resting when baby sleeps? Or eating?? Any advice??
