pain from gas?

So i notice when i have gas it hurts really bad around my lower abdomen inside it feels sore and hurts when i move especially if i cant pass gas. Has anyone felt this? It even hurts when i release any pee

It's definitely normal. You may want to stay away from a lot of dairy and breads though. Those can make gas pains even more excruciating.

Yes. This happens to me every once in a while and it kills. Gas pain is the worst.
