Insomnia please help!!

I found out i was pregnant 2 days ago, being 5 weeks in. I suffer from insomnia, can this affect the baby? The lack of rest i rest i mean. I assume it will. However, what im looking for is a natural alternative to make me sleep adecuate at night. I used to take nyquil and stuffs like that to "relax" myself during the night, but i dont want to take something that could harm the baby.
I have an active life, workout, do yoga at least 4 times a week. But i stoped until i get to see my doctor (my app is on Wednesday)  because i had a procedure on my cervix where they removed the first layer and i might have to staple it, or close it, i dont know the name of the procesure but my doctor said that could be a posibility once i got pregnant. So i cant work out for now or do yoga which helped me to fight my insomnia a little. 
Please help!!
