Bloody Stool💉

I have constipation issues so I'm used to hard bowel movements, but lately I've noticed that my stool has been bloody. It's not internal because the blood is a bright red color and that's what color it is on the toilet paper when I wipe. What can I do to stop it and what could it be? Thank you much!:)
