Plan B

HAve anyone here took plan B an it work . My lo is 10 weeks old .  Me an hubby played around it wasn't all the way in when he came inside me condom popped . Had a hole in the tip . Im so scared .bc I did use protection but the condom just broke . We were standing up 🙃. I took plan B the next day after it happened ? It was Before the 24hr an 72 hr . Anyone experience this .
