Why are people getting fired from jobs and getting suspended from school and other things because their hair is natural?? People think it's a fashion statement. They think its unkempt, dirty, unprofessional, and downright a hot mess. That is the way their hair grows out of their head. Including mine. Like why do we discrimate against hair? Its just hair!

Like people get made fun of and discriminated against because their hair is kinky curly-afro textured. Even if they did flat iron it, the straightened hair probably wouldn't last very long, unless it's cold out.

Yes, it grows out, up, and curly.

And there's nothing to do about. Sure we can use chemicals that are really harmful. And damage our skin and hair all kind of ways. But some have steered away from it to embrace their natural beauty.

Why should we have to conform to other standards of hair?? How do you guys feel about this??
