Craving SEX!!

I crave sex a lot. I feel like it makes me feel loved. I've noticed that my bf hasn't really been up to having sex more and more. I feel like I'm a broken record when I'm trying to ask him if he wants to fool around. I also feel like he don't enjoy "eating out" due to squirting in his face even though he wanted me to finish while he was doing the deed. Is there any advice to help me get things going again?
