ovary pains

I have been having problems with ovarian cysts I've had some painful moments even an awful ruptured cyst that caused internal bleeding. This time it's difficult to know for sure if it's that bad usually they don't start with horrible pain they have a slight sting this time I can't even move. Why is my body always against me 😭 I haven't had ovary pain or cysts in such a long time that it makes this feel so horrible.
