Healthy pregnancy.
How many of you have made a conscious decision to eat healthy and cut out caffeine etc. My first time getting this far in pregnancy. I eat fruit and veg. No processed meat (even if it's a craving) and I've cut down on sweets and candy. I'm just so concerned about my health and baby's. If I'm honest all I want is Kraft mac n cheese and coca cola....fighting the urge is a huge struggle. Also an ex smoker, that was tough. How have you found giving up harmful foods/hobbies?
