Struggling to eat things I love
I am a vegetarian and I am struggling to eat the things that I used to love eating such as salmon, brown rice, and some veggies. I can't take the smell of it but I'm afraid that I won't be getting the proper protein/ nutrients I need during this time. Any suggestions? My doctor told me to eat lots of salmon and I've tried cooking it in multiple ways but the smell of it turns my stomach 😩 Anyone else going through this?
