32B or 34B

Guys. I have puffy nipples so 32B depending on the bra, if I move a certain way, my nipples come out the top, or almost. 34B is too roomy. HOWEVER there are exceptions to each bra type. Do you think I can switch between them and just find the right style or stick with the 34B?
