please please help me

I'm 16 and in a relationship with my boyfriend for over a year and we're long distance. We both go to boarding school so we don't see each other for about 7 weeks at a time. We did it for a whole year and then spent 8 weeks in summer together and now we're back at school. It hasn't even been 2 weeks and it feels like an eternity but I'm getting the vibe that we're not going to last. It's still 6 more weeks until I see him but I feel like he's going to break up with me. I'm getting the vibe that he doesn't want to do it anymore. I've been feeling sick the past 3 days and i can't stop crying. I don't know what to do. Do I confront him? Please help.
