opk possibly positive then negative day

Had a what I consider positive opk last night..along with that I had major ovary cramp/twinges all day... I BD just after I tested just in case..well... This morning I had a negative opk... Still BD'd again today.. Has anyone had that happen?? Did I ovulate?? Or was it a fluke... Or do you only show positive for one day??
