Not ttc related but need someone to talk to

My best friend of 20 years informed at my daughters 6 th bday. That she had leukemia, and that she has known for a year and isn't getting it treated .also she is the mother to my 8 year old niece and 17 year old nephew, which she found out has a baby on the way with his girlfriend. I am so sad and hurt .it seems like nothing can go right .it losing my best friend .I'm just need to talk to someone and I can't talk to her about it cause I want to be strong ,but this is so hard .
