Spinal headache after c section

Hi ladies, just wondering how many of you ended up getting spinal headaches after your epidural or spinal block. I ended up having a spinal headache which was the worst headache of my life. I have grown up with migraines all my life and I can honestly say that headache was the worst of my life! My whole neck was stiff & I felt like my brain was sagging in my head. The anestiologist thinks it's because my lower back spasmed when they gave me the spinal block. The only relief I got was when I would lay flat on my back. Not even pain medicine would touch it. But after 5 days of laying flat as much as possible it finally went away! It was crazy how the moment I would sit up or get up to shower my head would start hurting me but as soon as I layed back it would go away. Let me hear your stories if you got spinal headaches?
