Hey everyone! Okay so I have had a past of eating issues. I can't really say that I've been diagnosed with anorexia or bulimia but I did fall down a path of having symptoms of both of those disorders. The deal is that I'm about to start birth control pills (Lo loestrin), I am absolutely terrified of gaining weight. To me, gaining weight is hating my body which means everyone hates me body which means the guy I'm with hates my body. I know it sounds ridiculous but just hear me out. Can someone give me some insight on how to go about this? I'm having extreme anxiety over this and I seriously am terrified to the core
