What do you do when your kids act crazy on purpose mommy's ?

Smack em! Lol totally kidding! I usually calmly talk to my daughter explain what she's doing is not ok and that if she keeps it up she will have a time out and if I see no change explain why she will now be going on time out... A lot depends on the child's age and how much they can understand mine is 4 and understands a lot and knows when we're having "the talk" lol

Everyone parents different and I'll just leave it at that. I don't recommend ignoring bad behavior though.

Depends on where we are. At the house or somewhere more private we ignore him. Step over him if we had too. Negative behavior=no attention. It worked on my son and one of my nieces when my sister used the same tactic. Note that there was nothing actually wrong with him.

In public I switch back to the rule of three like in most other situations, that is you get three warnings/lectures before I spank. He wore out his 3 warnings for public fits years ago. Again nothing is actually wrong, he's just being aggravating.

Never put your kids in timeout because it's not a good thing to do and what we mothers have to do talk to them let know why they can't do what they are doing we mothers have to make trust with them but putting them on timeout is distrust with them they will keep on doing it but if u talk to them tell them what's bad about what there doing most like they are not going to do it again.
