My baby came suddenly, and I couldn't have been any more happier. I went in to do my weekly checking, I was 38 weeks and has a planned C section for the 16th of Septemeber which was already a weeks earlier from my actual due date, September 22nd. My appointment was at 3:20 however I did not get called back until about 4:25 lol. I get in I doing my weighing I pee in the cup and then I get into my room and wait for my doctor. She comes in and we hug and she starts to examine my uterus just too see how it's going down there and to make sure everything is good. I'm laying there as she's doing my check up and all of a sudden she's says "we might have to take the baby out today", checks for a couple seconds more and she says "yea we're going to take the baby out today at 8:00 pm" it hit me by surprise. I was excited, but nervous. I didn't prepare a bag or anything. She said "I need you to go to labor and delivery as soon as you leave here" I said okay and went to labor and delivery as I called my dad and mom and best friend. My dad works at Sutter so he was the first one there with me considering he works there which I loved. He keeps me calm and at ease and I love him to death. So we get in there and we are waiting and all of a sudden nurses are coming in explaining things to me, but they were talking in the sense of them getting ready to prepare me for the procedure. I told them that we were told the cesarean was going to be at 8:00pm they said well Dr. Bergman wants to do it at 6:00. I didn't have to wait wait until 8 considering I hadn't eaten in the time frame which was good. They tell me we are going to start everything at 6 and that's when I start calling everyone my mom, my boyfriend who rushed to be here in time for Sofia's birth. I had anxiety like crazy and high blood pressure, but the nurses were great and calming. They gave me the spinal shot and the process than began. My lovely pumpkin was born 09/07/16 at 6:38pm 7.4 lbs (which she's lost some weight from that) and 19 inches. Pure happiness. I cried my eyes out. I love her so much it hurts. Her name is Sofia Anita London-Ann Fernanadez. 💕❤️👶🏽
