so I have always struggled with cramps during my moon cycle, however when I am not on birth control they are unbearable. I have been hospitalized several times and still have had no diagnosis, I am concerned about endometriosis/pmdd. I didn't know if anyone on here struggles with either of these? Maybe you could help me figure out if I too could possibly have one of the these conditions.
