help please

I'm 25 weeks & 3 days pregnant and keep getting discharge that keeps soaking my pants and I'm starting to freak out cause last week I was at the hospital with intense pain and it turned out to be a uti and they checked the baby he was head down they done test to see if my body was ready for labour which came back negative why am I getting discharge that always wets my pants is that normal?
