pubic symphysis ?

I'm nearly 2 weeks pp but still having pain in my pubic bone when I move around. Midwive says its most likely pubic symphysis. Anyone else dealing with this? Does it go away naturally or do I need to get adjusted? How long does it take?

I had pubic symphysis dysfunction during pregnancy about 17 weeks in 😁. I'm 3 weeks pp and finally feel like it's not quite as bad. It could gradually get better like mine.

I had it really bad when I had my first it took 3 months for me to go back to normal but I think I had the worst case ever I walked like a penguin side to side I would cry to sit down especially to sit on the toilet I could hear my bones popping I had to pull my legs up and Down the bed and it was a horrible pain

I'm 2 weeks as well! This pain is making me miserable and depressed. Maybe we can talk and figure something out!
