My mom and I were talking and she admitted that she didn't want to plan my babyshower because she hates planning parties. She offered to pay for the whole thing if I planned my shower myself. I'm bummed and, personally, I don't want to stress about planning my own shower (I'm 26 weeks). Not to mention, I shouldn't be planning my own party right? At any rate, I'm at a loss at what to do. And the lack of excitement from my family saddens me.
