It depends on the style you're going for but personally I think eyes and faces are really easy. Also flowers and foliage :) "cliché" things like hearts and symbols are also easy. Again it all just comes down to you're preferred style.

so I always find individual facial features easy (eyes and ears are my favourite) so thats always my go to, but if thats not youre thing, find something you want to draw and then break it up into basic shapes

when I draw people, for example, I started to break them off into lines and circles. I find myself mindlessly drawing figures all the time now

Cartoons are pretty easy for me, but they're definitely not for everyone! Simple shapes to start with are definitely helpful for all styles though!
