Sickly and ttc
So lately when I've been stressed I noticed I'd get a cold sore . Weird thing was I'd get them in my nose with flue symptons. After camping I got really sick and broke out in hives with a sinus infection...
The ER doctor tells me I have shingles ! I'm not even thirty and I have to add this on top of my PCOS.
I'm too young for the suppressive vaccine and there's nothing to take except eliminate stress. I didn't know I was having flare ups so often in a year that I could eventually loose my hearing and eyesight on the side of my face that it's covering .
the PCOS automatically has me with depression and anxiety . I just want to curl up and hide since I could be a threat to the health of people and small children.
I've never felt so alone.
