contractions/Bh?

Question

I'm having some tingling pain in my lower stomach,like right under my belly.Just noticed them so I'm gonna start timing them.

Anyone else have Braxton hicks or real contractions that start or feel like that??

Everyone talks about how you will know and how much they hurt,but I know a few people who didn't know they were having contractions or going into labor until their water broke lol.

I've been getting Braxton Hicks for over a month now--in my experience they happen in my lower belly (below my belly button), and it's a tightening feeling.
It's sort of like a muscle spasm only it doesn't actually spasm--it gets tight for about 30-45 seconds then relaxes again.
I personally don't get any tingling feelings though. 
This is my first baby so I'm not sure how Braxton hicks differ from true labor contractions other than what I've read that "if you can laugh/talk through them they're not true contractions."
