trying not to freak out...TMI Pic

I just got home from the ER for a kidney infection an hour ago. Got IV antibiotics and fluids cuz I'm peeing blood. And now I just passed a clot. I really don't want to have to go back to the hospital. And it's the weekend so I can't call my OB like the paper says if i pass a clot bigger than a golf ball. Have any of you ladies passed big clots like this? I don't remember passing clots with my other 2 kids. I'm not bleeding very bad.
