First scan, what do you think?

Hi all! So had my first scan last Friday i was expecting to be between 10/11 weeks, i was actually measuring 12w 4d. Not sure how but i do tend to have bigger babies (my first son was 10lb 5oz and second son 9lb 3oz) and yes i had both naturally. Im due 20th march 2017 and will be 13weeks tomorrow, anyone have any thoughts on gender? I have two boys already as mentioned so would love a girl, but i would be happy with a healthy baby regardless of the sex.
