should I get induced? I'm 40 weeks + 2 days

I'm not sure if I should just wait or try to get induced by my doctor. I have been having period like cramps for about 3 weeks now but they always go away after an hour or so. I'm just very anxious and tired of being pregnant. What should I do?

As long as there are no concerns for you or babies health I would wait it out until 41 weeks, that's only 5 more days, you can do it!!!

I think induction should only happen if there if it's medically necessary. Let your baby come when he or she is ready.

I was induced at 40/2 with my dd. Was a great experince! (I had not dialated or anything! She would have stayed put for forever I think- lol)

When does your doctor induce usually? Mine won't let you go past 41 weeks, so they may offer.
