Piyo and Autumn workout on Beachbody, Fitmama please help me

I'm 23 weeks now and looking for some work out can be challenging and prenatal safe, I am doing barre (like this, make me sweat) and some prenatal Pilates (sometimes a bit too easy) , I am looking for 3rd program so I can do at home when I don't have time for studio, I heard many fit mama talking about the Piyo and Autumn workout, can you please share your review ? 
I did not see Piyo is for prenatal but the movement seems to be all right. 
And Autumn prenatal workout seems to be good but anyone tried and feel it is good kind of challenge? 
Worth to sign up the beach body on demand ?
