WHEN TO START OPKS

Question

AF arrived today (9/11) as predicted by Glow. Does anyone have recconendations/suggestions on when I should start using my OPK?

Thank you ladies! This may seem like a silly question?! When you say "cycle day 7 or cycle day 9" what are you referring to? The days after AF arrived? AF ARRIVED TODAY. So could you please give me a more specific example? 
AF=9/11
My cycle is usually 28-30 days. At times it can be irregular. Last month AF arrived on the 12th. This month the 11th! Thank you all so much for the support! Baby Dust!

I start around day 7 just in case.

I agree with the day 10 mark. I would test twice a day about 7 or 8 hours apart if you can til you get a positive reading. Sending you baby dust!
