Can the baby feel your hand when you run your belly?

I'm 24 weeks and 2 days and everytime my baby kick me, I rub my belly and then she stops lol, I think she's gonna be shy lol

Lol my baby will do the same. The baby will move a lot, then I tell my husband to feel, and the baby stops. Lol
