My Husband is a granite installer. Their boss sent a group of four guys on a 5-6 man job. Two men (one of which is mine) hurt their backs. He says its a stabbing burning pain. Tingling in one leg and numbness in the other. I'm thinking this is caused from possible slipped disc and pinched nerves. I have degenerative disc disease myself. We are both 21. I am trying to find ways to help him. If anyone has any advice on how I can make him feel better I would greatly appreciate it. I deal with this type of pain on a daily basis, but seeing him deal with it too is hard to watch. I just gave him a full back massage hoping that would help but very little relief. I have him sleeping on his back with his legs elevated to keep pressure off. Again any advice is beyond appreciated. Thank you.
