Nap times
How many and how long are your LO napping everyday?
FTM and my 4 month old son takes 3 naps a day, 30 min each. Occasionally the morning nap he goes for 45min. I see all these posts about others sleeping for hours at a time and I'm wondering if I'll ever get that :/
He goes to bed at 9-930 pm, wakes up around 230 am for feeding (EBF) & again around 530am, then he's up for the day between 7-730am.
