About a year ago I started waxing my bikini line, and at first everything was completely fine. The third time I got waxed (it was over the course of about 8 months) I started getting these little red bumps everywhere in that area. I stopped waxing, and started shaving instead. Now the bumps are way way worse. I thought they might be ingrown hairs, so I tried exfoliating the area, and then I tried using post-shave ingrown hair serum from Whish, but the bumps are still really bad, very itchy, and slightly painful. Has anyone experienced this before? Could I have some kind of infection? Any tips for what to do? I have no idea what's happening down there anymore, and I have no idea what to do!
