Cut or fissure from yeast infection?

About a month ago I randomly got a yeast infection and it eventually went away with the helpful use of monistat. However afterwards I noticed I had a cut or split near my labia. So stupid me continued to have sex with it and it bled a little bit once and never again. It's been about 3 weeks and I still have it. It looks clean and only hurts a little during sex. So any advice on how to speed up the healing process or should I just stop having sex till it heals. Any advice would be appreciated this is my first yeast infection and experience with cuts / fissures.
