How much weight did you lose right after delivering baby?

My son was born a week ago and I'm down 15 lbs. He was 7lbs 12oz. I was hoping to be down more since I gained 70 during my pregnancy but I guess it'll take some time!

I came home only 5lbs lighter(I was so upset because my baby was bigger then that but I was so swollen!!). A week later I was down 20lbs and I'm 3 weeks pp now with just 5 left to lose. I was say avoid the scale for a week so your body can get rid of all the excess fluid

With my 2nd I'm 2 weeks postpartum and down 25 pounds. 
With my first I lost 15, but started gaining again because of stupid depo shot.

I was overweight to begin with and sick through if my pregnancy. I gained 21 total pounds. I had baby Wedesday night. By the time I weighed myself that Sunday, I had lost 25 pounds!
