I had a completely natural birth, didn't tear at all, and I had sex 4 weeks after I didn't wait to get the okay... For me it didn't hurt like everyone said it would. But everyone is different. Just take it slow.

I had a 2nd degree tear and internal stitches. Waited the 6 weeks and got the ok from the doc, it felt great! No pain and I think lilube was only necessary because we used condoms which have always required some for me.
