Cant Sleep Without My Toddler

A
Just a little thought. I have a wonderful, very dramatic 3 1/2 year old boy. He's a handful to say the least lol. Anyway. He does FANTASTIC at sleeping on his own, in his own room & bed. Bed time rolls around & he usually passes out no problem. Like I said, he's a handful, so of course he can get a bit crazy some nights. But mostly it's a breeze. He still sleeps with us occasionally. And he always gets in the bed in the morning (5am) after our morning snack and his dad leaves for work. He has been fully potty trained since a little after turning 2. He even gets up at night to potty and goes back to sleep. Anywho. Rambling. I honestly have the hardest time falling asleep without him. I will for real go get in his bed and cuddle him most nights, and he doesn't even know it. I usually pass right out. We all go to bed around 9/10pm. I'll wake up at between 1 and 3 am and my body refuses to go back to sleep. But I can go lay down with him and I almost instantly fall asleep. And on the nights that I have bad headaches or heartburn or just can't get comfortable in general, I lay with him and I'll sleep all night. Idk what it is. But I he's my personal sleeping pill. Haha. What am I gonna do when he's too old for cuddles. 💙 I'm addicted to him 😄
