😩😩😩clogged duct
I have been suffering from a clogged duct and doing everything i read online to do to no avail. So I ignored all the advice and let my baby sleep 4 hours. All of the pressure from engorgment and a hungry baby later the milk is LITERALLY spraying out of that side all over my sleepy baby and the bed and my husband lol
So if you're suffering-- don't lose hope! Maybe just let some pressure build up!
