Implantation or period

On 9/11 i was 3 days late have had BFN and yesterday while in church i bleed brown for a wipe i put on a pad and its been super super light brown... I also had a sharp pain in my lower abdomen that felt like a hard pinch or pull... It is now 9/12 and i have not bled since yesterday when i seen spotting... I already had my hopes up until i seen I was "starting" but im so lost now...
