My period is very, very irregular. Sometimes I'll only get it once in between 3 and 6 months..sometimes two months in a row. This time in particular I haven't had my period since March 30th 2016. And I got it last Sunday September 4th 2016. The first few days there was hardly any bleeding and this past weekend has been horrible. I'm having really heavy bleeding. So much that I have to change my tampon every 1-2 hours. And large blood clots are coming out. I'm also having a constant cramping feeling in my lower abdomen. I don't know what to do!
